Dave and Diane picked us up at Denver Airport, and took us out for a fine steak dinner. Notice Dave got "the works" on his baked potato--complete with marshmallows!
Jed is helping to cook and slice up the bird for Thanksgiving dinner.
One of our two tables at dinner.
We went to see Chad (Jed's brother) who had to work on Thanksgiving at the fire station. We brought him some food, and he let us take a ride on the fire truck. Afterwards, Jed had fun trying on Chad's gear.

On Friday, Jed and I went up to Fort Collins to visit our friends, Drew Rholl and Laura Ebner. We got to eat chili for lunch and take some time exploring the college town. We made it up to the Fat Tire Brewery, and sampled some tasty beer.
Dave, Diane, Jed, and I went to the Denver Art Museum and took a look around at what they had to offer. It was modern art mostly, but it was really interesting to see.
After a great day downtown Denver, the Bassetts got to go out to dinner at the Spaghetti Factory. Delicious!

Thanks for sharing part two of your Thanksgiving weekend. Looks like y'all had a great time in the Mile High city! Always fun to see the Bassett family photos, too. (How many others can claim they got to ride on a fire truck and wear a firefighter suit????)
I also enjoyed seeing the picture of Drew and Laura!
