Thanksgiving Part One (with the Lindahls)

Before the actual Thanksgiving Day, Jed and I were able to meet my folks and brother downtown Chicago. It happened to be on the Saturday that they turned the lights on officially in the city. My dad was at a conference for four days, hence why that was our meeting destination.

We had quite an adventurous night with all of the festivities, including a special gift of jeans from 'santa' after an unfortunate mishap (thanks Santa Lindahl!)...it was a really nice time that we had together.

Our Italian dinner was wonderfully delicious and so was our fellowship. What a great Thanksgiving celebration!

The infamous Mickey Mouse rode by to bring in the lights.

Adventures in an out of Marshall Fields...let's not call it that other name.

Looks like you all had a great time. Fun for you. You all look so happy too. I love this time of year! Your mom reminded me that it was just four years ago we were in Sweden...AHH!
