We were up in the UP for our final trip of the summer, and we found ourselves dining in Eagle River and then heading off to to go go-karting at the end of the evening.
We didn't know if Ellie would be allowed to ride with daddy, but she was given the green light, and she could not have been more excited waiting to board her cart.
Every time around the track, Ellie would wave with a HUGE smile on her face. She looks rather somber here, but I promise she was having a blast.
One of the best things of parenthood is getting to relive the "small things" in life with newfound excitement because your kids are so excited.
