Two.

Our little honey turned two today. I can't believe it (I feel like I say that ALL the time, but I mean it EVERY time)! At two, Ellie is a happy little lady who knows her mind; she is passionate and taking life by storm. Our daughter is curious about everything and doesn't miss a beat in picking up on what's going on around her. Singing and running around in circles, belting out lyrics to Old MacDonald with gusto in our living room is where you can commonly find her at home (aside from her time "cooking" in her new kitchen). She likes to do her hair like "goldilocks" (in pigtails). She has opinions and is not afraid to share them. "No like it" has been a more recent phrase and it usually refers to ANY food that she doesn't want to eat (this includes most/all vegetables, fruits, meats...pretty much if it is not a form of bread, cheese, or dessert, she is not interested). She likes to kiss her favorite characters in books or characters she feels sorry for (aka they look "sad"). She uses the toilet and often engages in conversation about her eliminations. She is curious about human anatomy, and considers herself to be a "woman" and daddy to be a "big man." Mommy is a "woman too."
