We've Been Busy!

As many of you know, Jed and I have recently moved! Whoo-hoo! We are really excited to be entering into this new stage of life. We love our new neighbors and our neighborhood. (Oliver is particularly fond of getting to chill out in our backyard - supervised, of course).

Though we are happy to be moved in, there has been A LOT of work that has needed to be done both inside and out of our house.

We took my grandma's hutch and transformed it from the brown not-so-bombshell exterior to...

... to a lusterous new black (doesn't it look like it was meant to be black?)We've assembled MANY new Ikea pieces.


We've pruned in the yard.
We've sorted, opened, and attempted to put away MANY MANY boxes.
We've arranged bathroom items.
We've used the guest bedroom to be a temporary carry-all of things that we don't know where to put yet. (This is the before boxes picture).

We've cleaned, fixed, and arranged in our kitchen.
And, of course, we're finally glad that Oliver has gotten over his new house fears to actually join us from his lair in the basement to resume normal play (fetch) in the rest of our humble abode.

As you can see, we've been busy and have had problems with finding the right equipment to update the blog to your adequete satisfaction. Ta-ta for now!
