Looks like we won't be persuaded by her to get a dog anytime soon!

A Real Live Doggie!
As Ellie has shown a strong liking for animals, her love for her "doggie" is the strongest of all. In an attempt to take Ellie to see some actual animals (other than our dear, Oliver), we went to the Pet Shop at Lamb's Farm to introduce her to some real-live puppies.
The time with an actual doggie went differently than we had planned. She was more interested in anything other than the dog. Oh well, we tried.

Such cute pictures! Colin does this when he can't process something--he completely ignores it. We went to see alpacas once because he has an alpaca puppet that he loves, but we might as well have been in an empty barn. He wouldn't look at any of them.
In his defense, they were pretty wierd.
