Today, I have seen this girl change a diaper (complete with needing "wipes" aka washcloths to clean the "really poopy ones"). She has figured out how to take off an put on diapers for her wee little charges. This evening she has had her hands full with TWO little ones who need diapers and to be repeatedly put to bed and then comforted by singing "Alice the camel has three humps..."
So fun for me to see her imagination in progress.
After diaper changes comes bed I me where a sheet and pillow need to be laid out just so. Then baby is tucked in to bed with plaid blanket. After about two minutes, baby is awakened to go for a brief stroller ride (to the bathroom and back) and then the process begins again sometimes with a storytime in between rounds.
