Last weekend, the sr. highers and their leaders went up to the U.P. for the One Life Retreat. It was a fabulous weekend with a lot of fun and growth, and we are so glad that we were 'messed with' through the words of the speaker.
We laughed, we cried, we polar beared in a hole in the ice, we spent a day skiing at Ski Brule. We went to chapel, mastered a golf tee game, played Catch Phrase for hours, sang, drank cocoa and coffee, took a walk to the island, celebrated Ariana's birthday, and fellowshipped with one another.
Thanks to one and all for making this a great weekend! p.s. Also, thanks to Emily L. for the photographs from Facebook...I didn't have my camera with me, and therefore, I did not have many pictures of my own.

Glad you could have a good (albeit chilly) winter retreat and we could have our Grandkitty while you were away. He was meow-velous!
